This resource includes 44 cards for students to practice reading and understanding the daily or weekly forecast. Each forecast is paired with a set of five comprehension questions that encourage students to think critically about what to expect each day, and what the weather might mean in terms of planning, safety, transportation, etc. Also included are visuals for various conjunctions of time (i.e. when, until, since, before, after, etc.) to aid in practicing syntax and/or articulation skills.
Resource can be printed for cards to be cut, laminated, and stored on a binder ring OR it can be used electronically as a static digital PDF. Intended for use with middle and high school students in speech and language therapy or for students in learning support, autistic support, or life skills classrooms.
